Formal handover of society archives to city of york

These events were the result of the efforts of a group formed to celebrate our 125th anniversary in 2019, which were curtailed by the Covid pandemic and finally the archives were formally handed over to the Lord Mayor on St Andrew's Day 2021. The chair of this group Frank Paterson completed this project by arranging an Open Day at York Explore, when many of the archives were on display to the York public.
